This is a Private Cooking Class for SELA of Alpha Phi.

Join Anne in the Red Stick Spice test kitchen for a live 60-minute cooking class. Cook along as teaches our #1 Most Asked About Class: Curries, Cocktails & Cookies!

These classes are PERFECT for cooking as a pair including household partners, roommates, parent and child. Plan to prep your cooking space and cook along with Anne-we highly recommend cooking live with us! Or you can sit back, watch, learn and store away the info for a future cooking session. You can ask Anne questions and even interact with other students. You will receive a recording of the class with all the questions and answers, recipes and links to other materials, so you can refer back and cook the dish again and again.

How it Works:

• Classes are broadcast via ZOOM
• An Email with detailed instructions and information will be sent after enrollment to the class. This email includes:
  1) ZOOM log in instructions
  2) a LINK to the recipe. You will click through this link to access and print the recipe
  3) pre-prep instructions. The previously-mentioned link includes a pre-class prep list including ingredients, equipment and any pre-prep needs (i.e. preheat oven, boiling water at the ready, etc.) 
• This email is sent multiple times prior to the class. Please check your spam/junk folder before phoning us. 

• All students get a 15% discount in our online store. The 15% discount may also be used in our Baton Rouge locations.

This class is recommended for participants 12 and up and we strongly recommend that you cook alongside your tween or teen! 

CLASS TRANSFER POLICY: No Refunds. If you are unable to attend this class, you may request a transfer to move your ZOOM reservation to another person. However these requests must be received 24 hours in advance of the class date. Planning and staffing takes place well in advance of each cooking class; therefore, we are unable to offer refunds.
