EACH CLASS PURCHASE OF $180 IS FOR A COUPLE (2 PEOPLE). THERE WILL BE 4 COUPLES PRESENT FOR A TOTAL OF 8 PEOPLE IN THE TEACHING KITCHEN. EACH COUPLE WILL WORK TOGETHER AT A COOKING STATION. ALL STATIONS ARE DISTANCED 6 FEET APART.

Lili has made a career out of teaching others how to prepare delicious meals that are approachable, delicious and show-stopping gorgeous. Lili is incredibly engaging, full of insight and makes learning fun.
This class is about approaching non-meat protein and vegetables in your cooking as the main, centerpiece ingredients. This is not a Vegan class nor a Vegetarian class. Dairy (cheese, milk, yogurt) and Eggs will be used in the class.
This is a hands on class that ends in a full meal. All students receive a store discount. On the menu: Sweet Potato & Lentil Curry with Crispy Sesame Chickpeas Roasted, Marinated Roots with Smoky Yogurt and Crispy Lentils Vegetable Shawarma Flatbreads with Pistachio Yogurt and Feta Tahini Sauce Biscoff Butter Blondies
Hands-on cooking classes at Red Stick Spice are structured as "divide and conquer." Each group cooks a different dish on the menu, and those efforts combine to produce a fabulous meal in the end. Comradery and teamwork pair up to produce a delectable spread. Instructors move through the room, helping each group. Instructors also stop and demo multiple teachable moments along the way.

This class is for participants 16 and up. Teenagers must be accompanied by an adult; both the teenager and accompanying adult must purchase a class seat.
CLASS TRANSFER POLICY: No Refunds. If you are unable to attend this class, you may request a transfer to move your reservation to another class. However these requests must be received seven (7) working days in advance of the class date. If your request is made after seven (7) working days, we will not be able to accommodate your transfer request. You may, however, pass along your place in this class to another person. Planning and staffing takes place well in advance of each cooking class; therefore, we are unable to offer refunds.
