Plant Based Cajun Creole

Join chef instructor Anne in the kitchen for a fun, veggie-packed exploration of her South Louisiana roots in this informative hands-on class. No, we are not putting tofu in jambalaya nor will we be using the term "faux" in dish descriptors. Rather, we will explore Louisiana's Cajun Creole food history and the plant-based dishes that have long been part of this diverse cuisine. Cajun Creole Vegan and Vegetarian dishes are easy because they've always been there!
