Seared Louisiana Drum with Gulf Shrimp, Turnip Puree and Cranberry Maple Roasted Asparagus

Pavlova with fresh berries, creme anglaise and chantilly whipped cream

Arrival 5:45pm. Class begins promptly at 6pm. BYOB. We supply beverage glasses and ice. Classes run two hours; staff is released at 8:30pm. All guests receive a copy of the recipes plus a sample product along with a 15% discount for shopping in our store. 

No Refunds. Class payments may be transferred to another person.
