EACH CLASS PURCHASE OF $90 IS FOR AN INDIVIDUAL. YOU WILL WORK AT A STATION WITH ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL.

Meet Jim Boitnott. He's a daytime executive at PreSonus with a side gig as a lover of food. We've worked with Jim for years developing PreSonus' signature spice blends Swamp GritGator Grind and Sweet Darlin. Jim is a student of flavor and his travels always include learning more about local cuisine. Fun fact: Jim loves Hot pockets.

As he's traveled, he realized that every culture has a Hot Pocket. From Honduran empanadas to Indian samosas, Chinese Xian bing to Jamaican meat patties, satisfyingly-filled pastry have fed the world. Oh, and let's not forget Natchitoches Meat Pies!

These stuffed hand pies started out as a way to make use of leftovers and provide a handy meal for workers. Today, they're trendy street food. Plan to learn about pastry as well as multiple meat and vegetable filings. Sauces and pickled accoutrement will round everything out.
