"Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food." ~Hippocrates.
Join Anne in the kitchen for a hands-on class exploring food as medicine. Dubbed as an "alternative" approach, we feel food as a wellness tool should be mainstream. Learn basic techniques and practical cooking skills that will empower you in the kitchen. Cooking at home from whole ingredients is key in your efforts toward better health.
