We brought the fun flavors of Harissa, the Maghrebi hot chili pepper paste, into this vibrant and spicy olive oil. Roasted red peppers, Baklouti and serrano peppers are all at play here in this intensely complex oil. We love this one for sautéing chicken or shrimp for wraps--lots of big flavor in a quick and easy lunch. This one is a must for drizzling on roasted cauliflower. We love it on bean salads and hummus.
