Cup like the experts. Much like coffee cuppings, tea cuppings help you explore a type of tea and understand flavor profile complexities. Anne is a tea sommelier and will guide you through the exercise all in an effort to get you to the perfect cup.

Anne takes a quick detour over to mixology and subs green tea into a classic Gimlet. Prepare yourself for a very Mad Men vibe as Anne shakes Sugarfield Spirits Gin into this classic cocktail. Teas are a natural when it comes to libations or mocktails. Join us for a sip! Must be 21 to attend.

Aleppo Chile Progressive Tasting
Meet our little friend the Aleppo Chile Flake in this fun progressive tasting. Humble lentil soup goes from good to good-golly goodness in this quick demo all about understanding dried chiles. These chiles are full-flavored, sweet with just a little heat. Come taste with us!

This class is for students aged 13 and up. Teenagers must be accompanied by an adult. Both the teen and adult must hold seat tickets.

CLASS TRANSFER POLICY: No Refunds. If you are unable to attend this class, you may request a transfer to move your reservation to another class. However these requests must be received seven (7) working days in advance of the class date. If your request is made after seven (7) working days, we will not be able to accommodate your transfer request. You may, however, pass along your place in this class to another person. Planning and staffing takes place well in advance of each cooking class; therefore, we are unable to offer refunds.
