Meet Chenoa Farrell! IIN Health Coach, Feel Good Mama Chenoa will guide you in creating a healthy meal plan that maximizes nutritional value and never skimps on flavor! Learn about eating a rainbow of fresh local produce to maximize nutritional value plus how to eat seasonally to give your cells the proper nutrients year round. You'll also get Chenoa's tricks of the trade when it comes to making the most out of your farmer's market trip.

Chenoa will be showcasing ingredients from the Red Stick Farmer's Market, local farms and CSA programs as well as local meats and fish. 

Participants will receive a light dinner, 5-day meal plan, recipes and shopping list. This is a "sit, watch, learn and taste" demo where each participant enjoys a light dinner. Students also receive a five-day meal plan, copies of all recipes and a handy shopping list. Everyone receives a sample product and a store discount. No refunds. Class payments may be transferred to a later class or you may transfer your class to another person. These requests must be made ten (10) days prior to the class date.
