7:30pm. Tapas Trio: Gambas al Ajillo, Chorizo Flatbread and Berry Blast Herbal Tea Sangria
We love summertime tapas, and this trio will definitely be the life of the party. Join us and walk away with 3 recipes that are perfect for warm Louisiana evenings. We'll cool things down with a herbal tea sangria sure to put a smile on your face.
8:30pm: Soup & Sammies: Slab Grilled Cheese with Summer Squash Soup with Dukkah and Warm Chocolate Brownie Sundaes with Himalayan Salt Slab Folded Ice Cream
Skip the drive thru. This is your new just-got-home-from-the-party-but-still-hungry snack. We'll be loading up Texas toast with three melty cheeses and dipping them in silky soup. We'll top it all off with a warm brownie and an ice cream trick.
This class is for students aged 13 and up. Teenagers must be accompanied by an adult. Both the teen and adult must hold purchased seat tickets.
