Pastry Basics: Cookies & Bars


Join Lili in the kitchen and learn to master the tricks of the trade for creating the ultimate cookie platter. Learn the basics of batch cookie dough and how to incorporate a myriad of mix-ins for maximum nibbling pleasure.

Lili's go-to Shortbread

This is a hands-on cooking class. Participants will make a batch of dough to take home and freeze. You will bake batches of cookies and bars to enjoy in class. Keep them classic or choose from a variety of mix ins. Create raspberry shortbread jammers, lemon shortbread fingers, butterscotch cookies or classic chocolate chip. We'll brew up some hot tea for shortbread snacking and have lots of milk on hand for cookie dunking.

This class is for participants 13 and up. Teenagers must be accompanied by an adult; both the teenager and accompanying adult must purchase a class seat.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Seven (7) working day advance notice is required for cancellations. Your enrollment fee will be transferred to another cooking class. You are welcome to transfer your class seat to another person. No refunds.
