Brining is a great way to ensure juicy results. Use the technique on chicken, pork chops, pork roast and, of course, turkey.
Our Wet Brine is perfect for holiday turkey and also works well on pork roast or chops. Dissolve the kit in boiling water then cool with ice. submerge the protein in the solution and add a quartered apple and citrus (an orange or lemon). Refrigerate for at least 12 hours. Rinse before coating with oil and roasting. Our Wet Brine kit includes Sonoma kosher flake salt, organic sugar, peppercorns, allspice, cinnamon, bay leaves, rosemary and cinnamon.
