Biscuits & Scones: The Christmas Edition!


Join April Hamilton in the kitchen and learn to master the tricks of the trade for creating perfect pastry at home. Learn the science behind the types of fats, liquid and flour that will make your pastry irresistible.

This is a hands-on cooking class. Participants will make a pan of holiday-inspired biscuits and scones to take home to bake, freeze or gift. Choose from a variety of seasonal mix-ins. Create cranberry or gingerbread-spiced scones. Make the perfect biscuit for Christmas morning--we can't wait to see what April dreams up! You'll snack on biscuits and scones during class with a variety of our favorite accoutrement including Grinning Jupiter Jam & Jellies and Cochon Cannery Bacon Jam! YUM!

This class is for participants 13 and up. Teenagers must be accompanied by an adult; both the teenager and accompanying adult must purchase a class seat.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Seven (7) working day advance notice is required for cancellations. Your enrollment fee will be transferred to another cooking class. You are welcome to transfer your class seat to another person. No refunds.
