Aleppo Chile Flakes

The Aleppo Chile, also known as the Halaby pepper, is grown in Syria and Turkey. These chile flakes have a fruity, earthy flavor that's a cross between cumin and cayenne and can add a little bit of heat to any dish with a 2-3 ranking on a 10 point heat scale.
