The Perfect Cheese Board: Quick Pickled Vegetables. Ivertsine Farms Butcher Charcuterie. Homemade Crackers.

Bar Bites Board: Harissa Steak Skewers. Goat Cheese Gratin. Crawfish Stuffed Portobellos. 

Crudite Platter: Stuffed Endive with Walnuts & HoneyMarinated Artichokes. Beet Hummus. Fried Asparagus.

Dessert Board: Dark Chocolate Fondue. Salted Nut & Seed Brittle. Shortbread.

This class is for participants 21 and over.

CLASS TRANSFER POLICY: No Refunds. If you are unable to attend this class, you may request a transfer to move your reservation to another class. However these requests must be received seven (7) working days in advance of the class date. If your request is made after seven (7) working days, we will not be able to accommodate your transfer request. You may, however, pass along your place in this class to another person. Planning and staffing takes place well in advance of each cooking class; therefore, we are unable to offer refunds.

Participants (21 or older) have the option to provide their own alcoholic beverages for consumption during the program or event. Alcoholic beverages are occasionally used in our recipes. Red Stick Spice does not sell alcoholic beverages. 

Participants and guests are solely responsible for their decision to consume alcoholic beverages knowing that Red Stick Spice Company shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever to the guest or any third party for the consumption of those beverages or any consequences or actions related to the consumption of said beverages.
