Pastry Fundamentals


Join us in the kitchen and learn to master the tricks of the trade for creating perfect pastry at home. Learn the science behind the types of fats, liquid and flour that will make your pastry irresistible.

This is a hands-on cooking class. Each participant will take home their prepped items. Plus, each participant will enjoy samples of a few dishes we prepare. Participants also receive a sample product and a store discount. No refunds. Class payments may be transferred to a later class, or you may transfer your class to another person. These requests must be made ten (10) days prior to the class date.
