This is a hands-on cooking experience centered around warm weather, casual dining. This menu is perfect for cocktail hour, patio dining and casual evenings. Each dish is simple in preparation and intensely complex in flavor. Each student receives a 15% discount toward shopping in the store that evening.
FRIDAY, May 12 - CHOOSE FROM 2 SESSIONS:
6:30pm: Hot Pockets Around the World: Spanakopita, B'Stilla, Empanadas, Gyoza
8:00pm: Temaki Sushi (Hand Rolls)
This class is for students aged 16 and up. Teenagers must be accompanied by an adult. Both the teen and adult must hold purchased seat tickets.
