Susan takes pride in connecting with her students through health and fitness in and out of the studio, and it is her goal to help everyone she encounters to safely and effectively achieve a healthy mind and body.

Susan will cover creative, delicious ways to stay hydrated and nourished in the summer months. Participation in intense workouts can mean the loss of electrolytes through sweating.
