Join us in the demo kitchen as we team up with experts in the fitness, nutrition and wellness fields. These fun and informative demos will fill your mind with solid, science-backed information while we fill your belly.
These are "sit, watch, learn and taste" demos where each participant enjoys a sample of the dishes cooked. Everyone receives a sample product and a store discount to use the day of the class. No refunds. Class payments may be transferred to a later class, or you may transfer your class to another person. These requests must be made ten (10) days prior to the class date.

Yoglates co-owner Susan Marchand passion for promoting health and fitness began during her career as a Registered Nurse. Through her work in the medical field, Susan realized that so many conditions and diseases are caused by an unhealthy lifestyle, so many of which are preventable through healthy eating and exercise. Her passion is evident in her work with Yoglates, a combination of Yoga, Pilates and calisthenics. Susan takes pride in connecting with her students through health and fitness in and out of the studio, and it is her goal to help everyone she encounters to safely and effectively achieve a healthy mind and body.
