RED STICK SPICE COMPANY IS A MILK STREET COOKING SCHOOL PARTNER LOCATION. WE ARE TRAINED IN CHRISTOPHER KIMBALL'S MILK STREET WAY WHERE IT'S ABOUT MORE THAN RECIPES. WE TEACH THE CRITICAL COOKING SKILLS YOU NEED TO COOK WITH CONFIDENCE, CURIOSITY AND SUCCESS.
Learn to make food the whole family loves by cooking and learning as a family. In this hands-on cooking class series, we'll use each class to explore global variations on a specific dish or ingredients group. Our first class is all about meatballs! You'll learn to make Turkish, Indian and Vietnamese versions. We'll cook, eat, and practice technique throughout class, so come hungry and ready to get your hands dirty. Each $150 ticket purchase covers two seats: one guardian and one child. This class is appropriate for children 12 years old and over and parents of any age.
On the Menu:
Turkish Meatballs with Tahini-Lime Sauce
Cashew-Coconut Meatballs with Creamy Spiced Tomato Sauce
Vietnamese Meatball Lettuce Wraps
