Join Chef Traci Vincent in the kitchen as you master basic cooking techniques. Having basic techniques under your belt will get you more comfortable in the kitchen and less reliant on recipes. You'll be whipping up delicious dishes with what's on hand on the fly!
This is a hands-on cooking class. Each participant will enjoy a full meal and an opportunity to take home leftovers. Participants also receive a sample product and a store discount to use the day of the class.

Tuesday, March 12: 8: Simmer Down--Pasta, Rice and Smothered Goodness
This class is for participants 13 and up. Teenagers must be accompanied by an adult; both the teenager and accompanying adult must purchase a class seat.
CLASS TRANSFER POLICY: No Refunds. If you are unable to attend this class, you may request a transfer to move your reservation to another class. However these requests must be received seven (7) working days in advance of the class date. If your request is made after seven (7) working days, we will not be able to accommodate your transfer request. You may, however, pass along your place in this class to another person. Planning and staffing takes place well in advance of each cooking class; therefore, we are unable to offer refunds.
Participants (21 or older) have the option to provide their own alcoholic beverages for consumption during the program or event. Alcoholic beverages are occasionally used in our recipes. Red Stick Spice does not sell alcoholic beverages.
