Drinking matcha is one of our favorite health hacks. When you consume matcha, the benefits are exponentially higher than drinking traditional green tea. But the texture?! We get it, and we got you. A little hot water and movement is what it takes to get you to smooth, creamy matcha. And this Vanilla Maple Shaken Matcha will get you there.
1 tsp Steady Focus Matcha
3 Tbl very hot water
1 Tbl Pure Maple Syrup
1/4 tsp Pure Maple Extract
1 1/2 cups Almond Milk
In a cocktail shaker or large glass that can be fitted with another cup or glass on top for shaking, dissolve the Steady Focus Matcha with hot water. Use a Matcha Whisk or fork to stir until there are no lumps. Try our AdHoc Frother - a great tool for Matcha aficionados!
Add the maple syrup and Pure Maple Extract. Stir to combine. Fill the shaker or glass with ice and almond milk. Cover and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
