Tea Time: London Fog

A London Fog is a tea latte made with Earl Grey Tea. This perfumy, bergamot infused black tea has unmistakeable citrus flavor and aroma. We topped the tea with whipped milk, made easy with our AdHoc Frother. A great tool for frothing milk for lattes or getting smooth, creamy Matcha every time!

Ingredients:
1 tsp Earl Grey Tea
12 oz water
1/4 cup milk-we used Almond Milk
Sweetener of choice

Directions:
Steep the Earl Grey tea in 12 oz water heated to 195°F (just below the boil) for 3 minutes. We love our ForLife Cuptop Tea Infuser for steeping a cup of tea. It's our favorite tea tool! Sweeten your tea to your liking at this point.

Heat the milk in a large glass or measuring cup in the microwave until quite hot. Froth with the AdHoc Frother right in the glass or measuring cup until it is whipped light and about 4 times it original volume. Pour the milk into the tea and spoon the froth on top. We garnished with Ground Vanilla Beans. So yummy!
