This beautiful, scarlet red cocktail is a refreshing combo of fruity liqueurs, rum and our Raspberry Patch tea. It's our new back porch getaway sip that reminds us a little of a Caribbean cocktail.
2 oz steeped Raspberry Patch Tea
1/4 oz Cointreau
1/4 oz Framboise
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz Honey Simple Syrup
1 oz Rum
Sliced Lime or Lemon
First, make the tea by steeping 1 heaping Tbl Raspberry Patch Tea in one cup hot water for 20 minutes. Strain out the leaves and cool. You'll have more tea than you'll need for the cocktail. Use it to make additional cocktails!
Fill a shaker with ice, add in 2 oz steeped Raspberry Patch Tea, Grand Marnier, Chambord, lemon juice, Honey Simple Syrup and Rum. Shake and pour over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
