Anne led this fun, packed class in our test kitchen for some hands-on cooking fun as we dove into the unique spices that make regional food so special. At the end of this class, everyone's noggin was filled with knowledge and their belly was filled with yummy food. 

Here's what we cooked: 

  • B'stilla (flaky pastry) with Apricots and Pine Nuts
  • Chicken Tagine with Saffron and Preserved Lemon
  • Fluffy Cous Cous
  • Moroccan Chickpea Salad
  • Spiced Honey Cake with Roasted Pears
