Elen's guilty pleasure stems from childhood memories of frozen desserts. Her tastes have matured to include tart yogurt and coconut milk ice cream. Earthy nuts, sweet strawberries and ultra sweet Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar compliment the coconut milk ice cream perfectly. Another plus? This one is dinner party worthy with very little effort.

Springtime in South Louisiana means strawberries. And nothing loves fresh strawberries more than our Pomegranate Balsamic. Sweet, syrupy, sublime...this vinegar is delicious on just about anything it touches. We love it drizzled on this salad. It's the perfect sweet compliment to the earthy spinach, pecans and feta. This gorgeous salad will take center stage on your brunch buffet!

This recipe came to us from a customer who says that this is her go-to dessert for her ladies card group. She uses our Pomegranate Balsamic which is the perfect compliment to fruit and a rich, creamy component like ice cream--or as in this recipe, mascarpone cheese. She builds it on a narrow serving platter and just hands out spoons. Then they dig in. You can also make this in pretty glasses. Use shot glasses to give everyone just a taste or in white wine glasses for a larger portion. Either way it's a gorgeous presentation.
