Strawberry Spinach Salad with Spiced Rum Pecans

Caneland Pecans are a delicious celebration of South Louisiana. Rum from Alma Plantation sugarcane and Louisiana pecans come together to make this delicious treat. Perfect for snacking. Yummy on a cheeseboard. And they add a nice spicy punch to a salad. 

Ingredients:

6 cups spinach or baby greens

Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar

Salt & pepper

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 cup sliced strawberries

1/2 cup Caneland Pecans

Directions:

Drizzle the salad greens with Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar. Season with a little salt and pepper. Toss to coat the leaves with the oil and vinegar. Place on a platter and top with the remaining ingredients.
