Spaghetti Squash with Everything Blend

Spaghetti Squash is a fun vegetable that works as a side for just about anything, sub for pasta or a sensational salad base. Talk about versatile! And while we're on the subject of versatility, our Everything Blend is as multi-tasking as it comes. Bread dipping, salad sprinkle, chicken rub...we put it on every. thing.


1 Spaghetti Squash, halved, seeds removed

Everything Blend

Shallot Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Preheat oven to 375°F. Drizzle the flesh of the squash with Shallot Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle liberally with Everything Blend. Place the squash, cut side down, on a baking sheet. Roast for 1 hour or until the squash can be easily pierced with a knife. After roasting, allow to cool for about 5 minutes. Use a fork to scrape the spaghetti squash from the shell and place in a serving bowl. Discard the shells. Use a spatula to scrape up the Shallot Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Everything Blend left on the baking sheet and add to the squash in the bowl. Season with a little extra Shallot Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Everything Blend and serve!
