Seeded Honey Peach Goat Cheese Toast

1/2 cup Honey
2 Tbl Dukkah
4 oz goat cheese
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 large peach, sliced
Wheat bread (Try our Honeynut Bread)

In a small bowl, prepare the seeded honey topping by blending the Dukkah into the honey. Set aside. In a separate bowl, whip goat cheese and heavy cream until combined at desired consistency. Toast your bread in the toaster or in a pan with butter on medium heat. Toast until golden brown on each side. 

Top with whipped goat cheese. Add peach slices and drizzle the seeded honey topping on top.
