We are in love with these completely customizable, totally packable, amazingly delicious lunchbox jars. We packed in tons of flavor and umami using our Schichimi Togarashi Blend. Then we loaded the jar with veggies and noodles. Nothing sad about this desk lunch!
1 Tbl Miso Paste
1 Tbl low-sodium soy sauce
1 cup ramen noodles
Slice of lime
Large handful of veggies of your choice. Try: Spinach, cabbage, grated carrot, thinly sliced squash and zucchini, sliced green onion
Layer the ingredients above in order in a quart jar. Place the lid on the jar for toting to work or school. Carefully fill jar with hot water. Place lid on the jar for five minutes. Remove lid and pour contents into a bowl. Adjust seasonings with a little more Schichimi Togarashi and soy sauce. Enjoy!
