Pulled Chicken Street Tacos

Simple yet so very delicious, we love this recipes versatility when it comes to spice blends. We developed this recipe and our new spice blend Tex Mex Taco Blend for our friends with belly issues who are exploring the low FODMAP protocol. While it's blended with zero onion or garlic, you'd never know. Belly issues or not, these tacos are incredibly delicious!

Ingredients:

8 boneless skinless chicken thighs

2 oz Tex Mex Taco Blend

1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours. Using forks, pull the chicken and serve with tortillas, salsa and all the fixings. We like lettuce and radishes!
