Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats are a quick 10 minutes of effort in the evening that will be a treat for tired morning eyes. Load up jars with old-fashioned oats, milk and lots of healthy, delicious mix-ins. Pop in the microwave or eat them cold. Just the thing to get your day off to a great start!

First, add the oatmeal base to the jars:
1/2 cup oats
1 cup milk of choice
Pinch Fine Himalayan Salt

Next, get creative. Here are some of Anne's favorite ways:

Oats Are My Jam: Big dollop Grinning Jupiter's Traffic Jam + Sliced Almonds + 2 tsp Chia Seeds + 1/4 tsp Dark Cherry Extract

It's Bananas: 1 Tbl Brown Sugar + 1/2 Banana Sliced + Chopped Walnuts + 2 tsp Flax Seed + 1/4 tsp Maple Extract

Sugar & Spice: 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice + 1 tsp Ginger Sugar + 1 tsp Crystallized Ginger + 1/4 tsp Pure Vanilla Puree

Oh, So Healthy: 2 tsp Flax Seed + 1 Tbl Hemp Hearts + 2 tsp Biggie Bee Honey with Pecans + 1/4 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
