Homemade Whipped Cream

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 Vanilla Powder

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together ingredients until incorporated. It's ready when you can pull the whisk out of the mixture and a stiff peak forms. Quick and simple! 

Serve with most desserts like this Creeping Cobbler and Orange Cardamom Pound Cake. Add a dollop to the top of coffee and lattes.
