Load these jars up with oats, nuts, fruit and our Anti-inflammatory Smoothie Blend for a grab-and-go breakfast that's easy on your pocketbook, great for your health and so very delicious.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1 tsp Anti-inflammatory Smoothie Blend
Mix ins: nuts, dried fruit, chia seeds, flax seeds, chocolate chips
1 cup water or milk of choice*
Directions:
Place oats, Anti-inflammatory Smoothie Blend and mix-ins of choice in a pint canning jar. Add water or milk and microwave for 1 minute. Stir and add more liquid if necessary. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute depending on the consistency of oats you desire.
You can add in the water or milk and place the jars in the refrigerator overnight. These overnight oats will cook more quickly since they've been soaking for several hours.
