Dill-licious Potato Salad

Add the bright, citrusy flavor of dill to you next potato salad. Dill-licious Blend is fun to say and even more fun to taste. We love it on eggs. Fantastic on squash. A must for cucumber salads. 

Ingredients:

2 lb red-skinned potatoes, cubed

1 rib celery, sliced

3 scallions, white and green portions, sliced

1 cup mayonnaise

1 Tbl Dill-icious Blend

Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Directions:

Place cubed potatoes in a pot and cover with cold water. Season liberally with salt. The water should taste like the ocean. Bring to a simmer and cook until the potatoes can be pierced with a knife. Drain and rinse with cool water. When the potatoes are cool, place in a large bowl and add the celery and green onions. Combine the mayonnaise and Dill-icious and gently fold into the potatoes. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper.
