Cold Brew Southern Iced Tea

Our Southern Iced Tea is a blend of carefully-chosen black teas from India and China. The leaves are the perfect combination to make a big pitcher of smooth southern iced tea. An easy answer to the question: Sweet? or Unsweet?

Place 1 Tablespoon Southern Iced Tea Blend in an infuser, cheesecloth sachet tied with string or directly into a 1 quart pitcher. We love our capsule infuser for cold brew! Add two cups room temp water. Place pitcher in refrigerator and steep for 8 hours. Remove the infuser or sachet. If you've placed the leaves directly in the pitcher, strain them from the liquid. 

Fill the pitcher with ice and water. Enjoy!
