Cinnamon Pecan Granola

Packed with nutrition and tons of local goodness-not to mention love! This Korintje Cinnamon studded granola makes a great gift for teachers, co workers or just about anyone. They'll be thinking of you Christmas morning as they enjoy this crunchy granola with their morning coffee!

Ingredients:

3 cups old fashioned oats
2 cups chopped pecans
1/4 cup flaxseed
2 tsp Korintje Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Sel Gris
3/4 cup Pecan Oil
3/4 cup Biggie Bee Honey

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F. In a large bowl, combine the oats, chopped pecans, flaxseed, Korintje Cinnamon and Sel Gris

Stir in the Biggie Bee Honey and Pecan Oil. Taste and adjust with more Sel Gris, if needed. Bake for 30 mins then stir and rotate the pan. Bake for an additional 15-20 mins or until golden brown. Allow to cool then break into pieces and store I an airtight container.
