Spicy sauce, celery and blue cheese-everything there is to love about hot wings but on a hot dog. A hot dog? Yes. Trust us. This flavor combination had us skeptical, but we were oh so wrong. Our Buffalo Dip Mix does the trick here in creating a creamy sauce that makes for one Hot Dog.
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbl Buffalo Ranch Dip Mix
1 celery rib with leaves, finely chopped
Caramelized Onion Avocado Oil
Hot dog buns
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, blend together Buffalo Ranch Dip Mix and mayonnaise until combined and smooth. Set aside. Heat the avocado oil in skillet over medium heat. Once hot, sear hot dogs to brown and blister on all sides.
Once cooked, place hot dogs in buns and top with Buffalo Ranch Mayo mixture, chopped celery and blue cheese.
