Mint meets green tea and blackberries in the completely refreshing mocktail. (Or not...add a splash of vodka. We'll never tell.) We love our Blackberry Mojito Green Tea for all its wellness  benefits and satisfying flavor. We drink this summertime sipper all year long!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Sugar

1/2 cup lime juice

1 heaping Tbl Spearmint Tea

4 Tbl Blackberry Mojito Green Tea

Sparkling Water

To make the Simple Syrup: Heat 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup lime juice in a saucepan until the sugar is melted and the mixture is clear. Stir in 1 heaping Tbl Spearmint Tea and allow to steep for 15 minutes. Strain through cheesecloth.

To make the Blackberry Mojito Green Tea: Pour 2 cups hot water (just under the simmer) over 4 Tbl Blackberry Mojito Green Tea in a bowl or heat-safe pitcher. Use cheesecloth and twine to make a sachet, reusable tea bags or our Capsule Infuser. Steep for five minutes. Remove the infuser and discard the tea leaves. Chill the tea.

To make the Mocktail: In a pitcher, combine the chilled Blackberry Mojito Green Tea with an additional 2 cups water and the Simple Syrup. Serve over ice in collins or high ball glasses, leaving room to top each with a little sparkling water. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a wedge of lime.
