4 Tbl Ghee or All Natural Avocado Oil
1/4 tsp Ground Fennel
1/2 tsp Ground Cardamom
1/4 tsp Ground Fenugreek
1/2 tsp Granulated Roasted Onion
1/8 tsp Ground Yellow Mustard Seed
Green onion for garnish


Heat ghee or All Natural Avocado Oil in small saucepan over medium heat until shimmering. Remove from heat and add in all spices.

Serve over rice or other grains.Top with green onion. Try this tarka on popcorn!
