Baked Buffalo Ranch Chicken Dip

1 cup pulled chicken (about half of rotisserie chicken)
8 oz cream cheese
1 pack Buffalo Ranch Dip Mix
1/2 cup shredded Colby & Monterrey Jack cheese blend or cheese of choice
Green onion for garnish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, blend together softened cream cheese and Buffalo Dip mix until well combined. Fold in pulled chicken. Pour mixture into a small baking dish and spread evenly. Top with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is completely melted. 

Garnish with toppings like green onion, fresh or pickled jalapenos and hot sauce. Serve with crackers, chips and celery.
