Sweet, rich and a little spicy...that's our Hops n Honey blend. A great choice for these chicken wings, but we also love it turkey burgers, on shrimp and popcorn!
2 lbs chicken wings, patted dry
1 oz Hops n Honey blend
Rub the wings on all sides with the Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil or All Natural Avocado Oil. Rub on all sides with the Hops n Honey blend. Allow the flavors to meld for at least 20 minutes or up to 6 hours. If allowing to marinate for more than 20 minutes, place the wings in the refrigerator. Heat a grill to medium-high heat of about 375-400 degrees. Grill the wings until grill marks are seen, turning to mark on both sides. Reduce the heat to low to avoid flare ups. Grill the wings until completely cooked through and the juices run clear when pierced--about 20-25 minutes.
The wings can be oven roasted. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Roast the wings for 10 minutes then turn and roast an additional 15-20 minutes until the wings are completely cooked through, golden brown and the juices run clear when pierced.
