Blood Orange-Fig Vinaigrette

What happens when our two newest oil and vinegar offerings get together? Deliciousness happens, that's what. Blood Orange Avocado Oil meets Fig Balsamic in an amazingly delicious yet light vinaigrette. We love this on a salad with blue cheese, toasted pecans and fresh figs!

Ingredients:

3 Tbl Blood Orange Avocado Oil

1 Tbl Fig Balsamic

1/8 tsp Roasted Garlic Granules

Pinch Cayenne

Pinch Salt (to taste)

Directions:

Combine the Fig Balsamic, Garlic Granules and Cayenne in a bowl. Whisking constantly, drizzle in the Blood Orange Avocado Oil. Taste and adjust with salt if necessary. Serve over your favorite salad.
