Spicy Citrus Dressing

This refreshing vinaigrette using four different types of citrus juice was given to us by a customer. Jane adapted this recipe from Oprah magazine and uses our Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Chile de Arbol and Ancho Chile Powder in the mix. This is definitely a different take on a citrus vinaigrette. We love the earthy spiciness the chiles add. You will, too. Thanks Jane!


1/2 cup freshly squeezed Tangerine juice

1/4 cup freshly squeezed Orange juice

1 1/2 Tbl freshly squeezed Lime juice

3 Tbl freshly squeezed Lemon juice

1 tsp Honey

1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar

1/2 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp Ancho Chile Powder

1/8 tsp ground black pepper

1/4 tsp ground Chile de Arbol

1 clove garlic, finely minced

3 Tbl Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Whisk together all the ingredients up to the Arbequina Olive Oil. Slowly drizzle in the Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oilin a thin stream while whisking constantly.
