Blood Orange Mole' Chicken

OurBlood Orange Avocado OilandMole' Spice Blendcombine to create a slow cooker chicken dish that is both divine and simple. It doesn't get much better than that. Delicious served over rice, but the rich, chocolate notes of the mole' make it a great pairing for polenta.


2 large bone-in, skinless chicken breasts

1 large red onion, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 TblBlood Orange Avocado Oil

2 ozMole' Spice Blend

1 1/2 cups water


Place the onions and garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker. Drizzle with theBlood Orange Avocado Oil. Place the chicken breasts on top of the onions and garlic.Combine theMole' Spice Blendand water and pour over the chicken. Cook on low for six hours. Serve over rice or polenta.
