Cuban Spiced Brisket

A customer gave us this recipe and we think it's the perfect use for our Cuban Spice Blend.  She says when she cooks this, she doesn't have to call her family to dinner.  They just appear. 

 

3-5 lbs Brisket, trimmed

1 oz Cuban Spice Blend

1 8oz can tomato sauce

2 Tbl prepared salsa

2 Tbl barbeque sauce

1/2 cup beef broth

Rub Cuban Spice Blend over surface of brisket.  Place into a slow cooker.  Combine the tomato sauce, salsa, barbeque sauce and beef broth and pour over the brisket.  Cook for 4-6 hours.
