Key Lime & Champagne Pear Salad Dressing

Red Stick Spice stocks lots of unique flavors, and our Key Lime Avocado Oil definitely fits the bill. This oil is both delicious and a work horse. Avocado has an extremely high smoke point so sauteeing at high heat is no problem. One of our favorite uses for this Avocado Oil is in salad dressing--and with our Champagne Pear Vinegar...it's a perfect match.

This is less of a recipe and more of a technique. Basic vinaigrettes are a 3:1 ratio. Three parts oil to one part vinegar.  Just adjust your quantity accordingly. Here's the amounts for two servings of dressing:

3 Tbl Red Stick Spice Key Lime Avocado Oil

1 Tbl Red Stick Spice Champagne Pear Vinegar

Salt & Pepper to taste

Slowly drizzle the oil into the vinegar, whisking vigorously to incorporate. Use on your favorite salad greens.
