Summer Corn on the Cob--Three Ways

Garden-fresh corn is one of summer's simple pleasures. Sweet and crisp, it's the perfect canvas for a variety of flavors. Boil or grill the corn until it's crisp-tender then dust with your favorite blend. Our picks (from left to right) Moroccan Blend, Rougarou and Shichimi Togarashi:

Moroccan Blend--This North African mixture is a beautiful blend that will bring exotic, sweet flavor. You'll love the rich savory flavors of garlic and onion combined with exotic cumin, coriander and cinnamon.

Rougarou--The Rougarou is a mythical creature from Cajun folklore and legend, the perfect name for this legendary spice blend. We love the rich flavor from the nutritional yeast and the punch from cumin and chiles. It's the perfect compliment to the sweet corn.

Shichimi Togarshi--This blend is known as Japanese Seven Spice, and we love it for its unique flavor, gentle heat and richness from seaweed.
