Grilled Peaches with Vanilla Ice Cream and Pomegranate Balsamic

Summer Peaches never had it so good! This super simple recipe may have just four ingredients, but it tastes so complex! The warm grilled peaches are topped with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of our sweet, syrupy Pomegranate Balsamic. Amazing!

Ingredients:

4 ripe peaches, halved and seeded

Softened butter

Vanilla Ice Cream

Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:

Heat a grill to medium-high heat—about 375 degrees. Brush each peach half with the softened butter. Grill, cut side down, until you see distinctive grill marks and the peaches are softened and cooked though. Top immediately with vanilla ice cream and drizzle with Pomegranate Balsamic.
