Blood Orange Brussel Sprouts

Hard to call this one a recipe...it's more of a thing you do with Brussel Sprouts. These little cabbages love our Blood Orange Avocado Oil. And Avocado Oil loves the high heat required for roasting. Let these go until they're almost charred. The crispy bits are the best.

Ingredients

1 lb Brussel Sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise

1/4-1/2 cup Blood Orange Avocado Oil

Salt & Pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss the brussel sprouts with salt and pepper. Drizzle on the Blood Orange Avocado Oil and toss around. Add more to achieve well-coated, glistening brussel sprouts. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until well-browned...almost burnt. Trust us on this one.
