Skewer chicken and vegetables, drizzle with our Roasted Chile Avocado Oil and rub with our Fixin' Chicken Blend...dinner is done! We love the savory, sweet heat of this avocado oil. It's sure to become a pantry staple!
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 6 chunks
1 oz Fixin Chicken Blend
1/4 cup Roasted Chile Avocado Oil
Cherry tomatoes, squash, zucchini and onion cut in large chunks
Preheat the grill to 400 degrees. In a bowl or ziptop bag, combine the chicken breast pieces, Fixin Chicken Blend and Roasted Chile Avocado Oil. Combine and allow the blend and oil to coat the chicken for at least 30 minutes. Thread alternating pieces of chicken and vegetables onto kabob skewers. Sear on the grill until you see distinctive brown grill marks. Turn the chicken and lower the heat. Cook for an additional 8-10 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked through, firm to the touch, opaque white throughout and the juices run clear. Drizzle with a little extra Roasted Chile Avocado Oil before serving.
